Client Story Copywriting—what we did, and why…

For this client project, undertaken whilst I was copywriting for Creative Content Marketing Agency, I interviewed Landmark Homes’ clients and told the story of their home builds, incorporating professional images of their properties into the final product—client stories from finished projects, currently housed on their website.

Why tell Client Stories as part of your marketing strategy?

Stories are fantastic tools to build trust and communicate the value, and point of difference, of your service—through the lived experience of your clients. They help prospective clients imagine the journey they, too, could go on with your business.

Sample one—a story of the build of a Showhome. For this particular Showhome Story I interviewed the Designer to communicate her vision for the Showhome, and the expertise that goes into every single Landmark Home build. For showhomes, or, for clients.

Sample two—a Client Build. For this Client Story I interviewed both the homeowners and the New Home Consultant who worked on the build. Then, I wove each of their stories and experience in building the bach into descriptions of the property and all the thought and strategy that went into it. The incredible imagery was the icing on the cake!
