#1 Discovery Call
To get started, we’ll jump on a Discovery Call over Zoom to discuss your needs, clarify the size and scope of your project, and and make sure we’re a good fit.

#2 Proposal
I’ll put together a proposal including a start date and timeline, and you have the opportunity to review it. Should you choose to accept it, you pay 50% of the fee upfront before our start date.

#3 Research
This phase lays the foundations for our copywriting work together. I cannot underscore the importance of it enough! You’ll complete a comprehensive questionnaire, we’ll get on a 90-minute Zoom all where I’ll pick your brain, then, I’ll conduct VoC and SEO research if they are pat of our project.

#4 Write
With all that foundational work done, it’s time to tuck myself away in my home office nook and write! I know you’ll be waiting on tender hooks, so I will keep you updated on delivery dates throughout.

#5 Refine
You gather up feedback on your draft copy deck, and share it via comments or a Zoom call, then I refine! Up to two rounds of changes are included in the project price. If you want to include your designer in the refinement process, I’m all for it. In fact, I love it.

#6 Wrap it up
When your copy is pitch perfect, we’re done! You’ll pay the final 50%, and then, to make your copy easy for you/your team to install, you’ll receive it proofed, in a Google Doc, with layout suggestions and heading tags included.
